Independent Investigative Correspondent

Role: Independent Investigative Correspondent / International Media Representative, on an assignment basis. You would carry out assignments lawfully, ethically and to responsible journalism standards. Status: independent contractor — no fixed hours, salary or employee benefits. You hold a journalistic and investigative mandate only, with no governmental, official or law-enforcement authority, and you are responsible for your own taxes and compliance.

How the Process Works

  • If shortlisted, we contact you by email to arrange a brief online or call-based interview, where final selection is made.
  • If engaged after that, we then request your photo and ID/passport — used only to issue your credential and to carry out identity and legal verification. Please do not send any documents at the application stage.
  • If engaged, you sign our engagement terms and NDA before any assignment.
